24th ANNUAL QUILT COMPETITION & DISPLAY
January 10 - April 10, 2011
FREE ADMISSION & FREE PARKING 
Handmade quilts compete for over $1,500 in prizes in eight categories: Traditional, Applique, Creative, Amish, Quilted Clothing, Student, KidsOnly!, and "Potluck". All quilt entries are displayed in the Village Gazebo.

When I was in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, a couple years ago, I was fascinated with the intricate beauty of Amish quilts there.  It is so refreshing to see something that has taken care and time to create, rather than simply being mass produced on machines.
