Idaho Real Estate Forecast
A recent article by Trulia in conjuction with RealtyTrac (a foreclosure site) has purported that a quarter of the population believes that the housing sector will recover in 2012 (27%), and nearly a quarter (24%) believe that it will be 2013 ... while 1/3rd yet believe it will be 2014 or later.
Another article indicated that three large national builders (Pulte Homes, Toll Brothers and another) are buying all the discounted buildable lots that they can with an eye toward an eventual shortage in housing. The same publication also indicated 3-7% continued declines this year in home values.
So it is a mixed bag of future housing information.
