Several weeks ago I submitted my Evidence of Success postcard program.  The program does work at bringing you TOP OF MIND to your sphere and beyond.  I promised a sample, and I have many of which to choose, but here is an example of how YOU can make your sphere, know of the service you provide as a real estate consultant!

My postcard would look something like this:

HERE IS HOW WE DID IT!


Dear Friend,
Four months ago John and his wife walked into my office.  They had been referred to me from my friend, Len.  Len was the couple's investment counsultant. When the couple had told Len they were selling their property and asked if there might be a way to turn the cash into $50,000 a year, Len told them about me. So, we met and reviewed their real estate portfolio.  We decided that by using the IRS's 1031 Tax-Free Exchange, that we could both, limit their tax liability on their sold property and use the funds to work for them for the rest of their lives!  We did it!  We found investments through our Preferred Partners here at EXIT Realty Bend to actually invest in properties that hold long-term leases that will yield just under $50,000 a year!  Now they can just sit back, travel and enjoy life!

This is just one story.  I use postcards to tell stories of how I helped buyers, sellers, clients facing foreclosure and more. You need to take several of your best stories of how you helped your client.  It is your job to blow your own horn!
