For me it's real simple: Eating right, working out, and having a lot of fun with my family. Then people typically then go on and ask, "So what kind of workouts do you do?" And that's my favorite part of the question to answer! Check out these pics and get a little taste of my 3-4 times a week workout.
Yeah, it's not your traditional yoga or gym session right? And that's exactly what I love about it! After almost 20 years of coaching, I’m noticing a trend (I bet you see it too.) It seems the few times people hit the gym are:
#1. The month of January, then the gym gets oddly quiet in February.
#2. A few months before their high school reunion or wedding.
#3. Before a beach vacation.

See, I'm not different than you.
