I'll be the first to admit that these guys are very good marketers. They make boat-loads of money with their techniques. But seriously...$47! How good could it be?
Most agents have been around long enough to know you get what you pay for. Though this system is sure to work for some agents, most would be wise to avoid these well crafted, professional "systems" that over-promise and devalue the work it takes to succeed in real estate.
Social media and Facebook marketing results for agents will usually come down to two things:
1. Setting your accounts up professionally
2. Commitment and consistency
Now...that advice is probably worth more than $47!
