Having been involved in a number of transactions involving raw land, my post-hole diggers and I have become good friends. Who says you need a Bobcat?
I love it! And people say life in the country is boring! (Making notes to make sure all the documents and information on OUR well - dug since we bought the place - septic, survey, etc., are easily accessible.)

In the end, this went off with little bits of concerns and LOTS of happy smiles all around. I LOVE LAND and all the possibilities it offers. I am imagining what will come to be on this parcel...maybe horses...maybe an artists' retreat...maybe both!
