Is it more personal to e-mail past clients or is the written

word more powerful and personal? I like using my drip e-mail campaigns

and follow up with a phone call. Which do you think is the best use of follow-up

time....a postcard, a letter, or e-mail?

I think the drip campaign and phone calls are great! If you can do that you should be good. I personally think post cards people throw away and forget about it. Personal calls along with drip campaign for Sphere will grow your referrals.

I use both , I do a quarterly news letter via snail mail, as well as a 6 month greeting card mailing via snail mail and a monthly news letter via e-mail.

what I really like is small blank cards with a nice photo in them and I write a hand written note on them.
