Legally Speaking, do you sell your own personal property or have another agent sell it?

I buy and flip properties and rental units all the time. I sometimes wonder if

I'm increasing my risk by selling them myself. I always make sure to disclose that I'm

a licenced agent on contracts, disclosures and other forms. How do you sell personal property

or have other agents do it for you?
