Los Altos Market Update January 10, 2011

The Median Price for residential homes on the market in the 90815 zip code is $457,000 which is down from last week’s $478,000. The DOM has increased slightly to 166 days from 154 days. The inventory has neither increased or decreased dramatically with a total of 94 Single Family Homes on the market in the 90815 zip code.

Brand new listing at 2140 Snowden Avenue  - Price $483,500 for this 4 bed/3 bath approximately 2,100 sq.ft home. This is a bank owned property and appears to be priced to move it off the market.
