I believe in doing business in a professional and orderly manner. I take great pride in having good systems, standardized procedures and being organized.

I believe in being responsible to others and to myself. I do what I say I'm going to do, when I say I am going to do it. I believe in personal accountability and avoid blaming others when things don't turn out as planned.

I SELL real estate, not just list it. I sell property at the best possible price, given market conditions. I never overprice properties in order to "buy" listings, nor do I represent buyers that are unrealistic about market conditions.
