Good Morning...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys. This morning discussion is concerning higher fees being imposed on loans by Fannie and Freddie. Even with an 800 credit score Conventional mortages will be having Risk Based Mark-ups, no longer is there an incentive for good credit, everyone pays more.
