A lot has happened in the last few days in my little world of Real Estate here in Cobourg, Ontario Canada on the shores of Lake Ontario.
Two women, 4 deals are in the works for the near future all by word of mouth and referral from previous clients.
There is something to be said for keeping in touch with clients whether they be on your "C" list or your "A" list.
Getting things moving towards a closure is another thing.. patience is the word and I always must work at that word!
I have learned that not all people jump into a deal and those are the ones I value the most for their intelligence and knowing what they truly want.
