Exit Realty

I know I'm blowing up things with this Exit opportunity, but I'm really trying to make known a good thing here.

Exit is an international real estate company.  When a salesperson is introduced to management in their area and recruited into Exit, each transaction that they close generates a bonus that's equivalent to 10% of the gross commissions earned by the recruit, payable to the individual who sponsored them into the company.

The bonus is paid via Exit's head office, and not subtracted from the new recruit's commissions.  It continues perpetually, for as long as the new recruit stays with Exit and generates sales.

Should an Exit salesperson decide to retire from selling real estate, a pension plan is created from the sponsoring bonuses that they have established.  The retiring salesperson shall retain the privilege of enhancing this pension plan while in retirement by continuing to sponsor salespeople into Exit.

Once retired, Exit Associates also have the option of returning to full time working status, simply by closing eight transactions within the required period of time.

At Exit, it's understood that family is a number one priority.  As a result, should anything happen, you will already have pre-determined a beneficiary to receive the sponsoring bonuses created from each recruit you sponsored into the company in the past.

Your retirement residual converts into a beneficiary benefit that provides added security for your family.

This is unheard of in real estate.  It's not multi-level marketking, it is single tiered.  Hop on the bandwagon.

Your 30 second commercial is up.  This is not what AR is about.

The bonus is paid via Exit's head office, and not subtracted from the new recruit's commissions.

Actually it is subtracted from the commission in a round about way. The split is around $10,000 more than other full service brokerages. So in essence it is.

I am with KW and your reference to multi-level is obviously pointed in that direction. The fundamental difference between the two residuals as you put it are, KW's is based on profit. Profit is a more sound business model to share from.

The other thing about the differences is KW has a team model of compensation. A Co-Agent (buyer's agent) has a lower cap then an Agent. Thereby allowing an agent to have a team an make it profitable for all.

Also KW has open books, Yes open books. We are entitled to a ledger of the money every month of all the money in and out. Because we are profit sharing we close our books monthly.

AR is ActiveRain Valerie!

Welcome to ActiveRain, I wish I had noticed earlier that you had started your AR blog!!

It's unfortunate that those who commented on your blog did not just move along if what you were writing about did not suit their reading requirements.  Usually readers who find a blog too commercial for their tastes just move along rather than leaving comments showing their distaste for a business model, the point of a post, or contrasting brands. Exit and Keller Williams are both respected real estate companies.

I look forward to reading a diverse blog from you about real estate, your company, the community you work in (same as me, kinda sorta) and whatever you want to share with readers via ActiveRain.

Hey Maureen,

Nice to hear from you!  Some people just don't get the point of what Exit International is all about even when it's clearly spelled out.  I think they are so used to the conventional that they can't open their minds to something new and beneficial.  Their loss.
