Here is a common scenario:
Borrower calls me, I quickly assess the situation...they are self employed, need a 95% LTV loan, have a 530 mid score, are currently two payments behind and by the way they can’t afford their newly reset adjustable payment. Most likely another dead deal. I don’t think so.
