I don't scream it from the roof top, but I love Ruth's Chris Steakhouse! Anyone who knows a little about me knows Ruth's Chris is my favorite place for dinner. I love it so much that instead of having a traditional wedding reception, I had my wedding reception dinner there. Of course a night out at Ruth's is not cheap by any means, so I have not been to my favorite restaurant in a while.




But guess who will be going soon, as I have received two invitations to Ruth's Chris in two days!

One from my sister-in-law as a thank you for closing her tough 30 year VA loan to buy her Maryland dream home.

The other from a Real Estate Agent of a Virginia buyer who was turned down at another mortgage company two weeks before closing. Of course, this was a short sale purchase.


So hey folks I will work for (good) food in Woodbridge, VA.

Sweet potato casserole and Ribeye Bone-In Steak "Here I Come, Yipee"...

Hi Markita, too funny! I had no idea you loved Ruth Chris that much. (what's not to love????)

To anyone  reading this cute post from Markita, just know that when this loan officer shares with you she can do your loan . She can. Markita is a wonderful loan officer and my preferred go to person for anyone looking to buy a home in the area. So just know when you have your pre-approval letter in hand from Markita, you are good to go!
