Thanks to a suggestion from Donna Foerster of Keller Williams Action Realty, I will tell everyone out there about myself. This is not easy for me to do but here goes.
The Past: My father was in the military so I grew up all over the world. I attended 12 different schools; 5 Elementary schools, 4 Junior High schools and 3 Senior High schools in two countries and several states. Let's just say, we moved around quite a lot! I know it helps me get along with people from many cultures and ways of life. One of the places we lived in was Anchorage, Alaska. I could have a lot to say about that but I don't have the time right now (and maybe you would get bored). The best thin that happened to me was that I met this wonderful young woman in High School ( I was in 11th grade and she was in 10th, we had Chemistry Class together, go figure) and we fell madly in love and two years later we were married and we have been together ( happily most of the time, she puts up with me) for 33 years!
The Present: I am living in Eugene, Oregon (GO DUCKS!!!!) I love Oregon and this area. I have been working as a Loan Consultant for 14 years and work for Summit Funding, Inc., a direct lender. I specialize in helping people buy their first home, but many of my clients are on the 2nd and 3rd. I help people who have "credit challenges" get to the point where they can buy a home. I do classes and seminars on first time home buying, credit scores and scoring, investment properties, FHA 203K loans and Rural Development loans. I really love what I do and helping people buy a home is very, very rewarding. I can do all types of loans; FHA, VA. Jumbo, Rehab, Rural Development and conventional. I want to be my clients "lender for life".
I love spending time witn my family and friends. I like to get out into the "great outdoors" as much as possible, even if it only means taking my dog. "Charlie" for a walk.
