With fear, a buyer keeps waiting for lower prices. With fear a seller holds off putting his or her home on the market waiting for his neighborhood to bottom out. A crisis in confidence for both parties. The reality is markets are ALWAYS shifting and selling and moving or buying and staying for awhile should be based on YOUR NEEDS.
Not fear. The sky truly is not falling.
Ask any active top producing agent and today, and I mean today, houses are being bought and sold. Tenants are moving into rentals, landlords are having new residents move into apartments and condos are being leased and sold and land and commercial real estate all have transactions happening EVERY day.
So get UNSTUCK out of fear and quit looking up at the sky which IS NOT FALLING and instead look FORWARD in your life this year and beyond in WHAT YOU WANT TO DO with your life and your housing or investment real estate or business building needs. Life only comes around once and it is far too short to be stuck thinking about fear ever day. Sky falling thoughts are for Chicken Littles. Not YOU!!!
