Hi All,
Tomorrow I have a listing appointment at a Leawood, Kansas home in a neighborhood called Highlands Ranch. Highlands Ranch homes are considered upper bracket in our area. I was told by the owner that she would be interviewing several agents. This is normally not that intimidating for me, because I go above and beyond on every listing regardless of other agents interviewing. Some theories are you should go first or last on the list, but I have found that all I care about is getting in the door at some time. The unique thing about this one is that it is an active agents home. They are currently focused on other areas of their life. The nice thing about this was that agents realize that it take a full time professional to get their home sold.
