(not so) Wordless Wednesday...
The real estate market for the Nashville Tennessee area is steadily increasing its pace. This week, the phones of been ringing and I have been pushing most of the jobs off until next week when it warms up a llittle and the snow melts. The only exception to the rule right now has been condos because I don't have to inspect the roof.

Yesterday, I had an opportunity to inspect one of the units in the Icon,  one of the high-rise condominium communities located in the Gulch here in Nashville Tennessee.  Not only was I treated to unit that was in really good condition, but an excellent view of downtown Nashville Tennessee. Wow!  Talk about having the best of both worlds...

Hi Michael,

Great shot of Nashville.  I have fallen in love with your city.  When we were there for the music city bowl, we were on the street with the North Carolina marching band, marching into the pep rally area.  It was so powerful.  We had a blast.  I also took a picture from the bridge, at night, going to game.  I'm posting both for you.  I love the "batman" building. Someone told us that is what it is called??

Good morning Michael;  Just got back in from cleaning up 8" of beautiful white fluffy stuff.  Perfect for the snow blower.

Nice to have your problem of too many unit to inspect all at once.  Good for you.

Michael, Love the photo. This is a place we would probably have never seen without your introduction to it via your great pic!

Very nice view, Michael. And it looks mighty chilly outside. Glad you were able to stay indoors on this job.

Hi Michael: We just got 12 inches last night..... driving to the lake to take a pic! I have never been to Tennessee - looks like a nice place to visit (and live in!). Best, Gay

I don't know what that place cost, but the views alone had to be worth the price.

Well, now that I've seen downtown guess I don't need to visit Nashville afterall; great location.

Mike,

And I'll bet the condo owner didn't have to shovel the driveway this morning either.

Reading about your inspection life (I always think of you as the photographer, photoshop guy) reminds me to tell you that your job is one of the hardest ones out there...getting into crawl spaces is one thing I could not do...

Micheal,

Great shot as usual.  Those are really nice units, but me I like my yard.  I would love to be there for the fireworks...what a vantage point.

Recently I have been wanting to live in a high rise condo. My husband is dead set against it. Maybe one day.

Although it is a great view I would tire of it quickly. Overlooking the ocean would suit me just fine.

Pushing off work until next week when it warms up and the snow melts, HA! If I did that I wouldn't work until at least March after the snow we just had.

I'm glad you're not climbing on snow covered roofs. I know, being Mr. Gadget and all.... this wouldn't be a problem for you... but it's less I have to worry about! :O)
