Let Go Of Fear
"The key to change . . . is to let go of fear."

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Let go of fear
A person can freeze at the thoughts of acting and rather then taking action and trying they fall back into the safety net of their comfort zone and elect not act out of fear.
A person's fear can trap them into inaction and paralyze a person's forward progress.
Fear is an inter voice that hinders a persons thinking and freezes them into a downward spiral of uncertainty and a lack of confidence.
There are many things that can cause fear to creep into our life.
When fear creeps into our life we have to take control of the fear and take the steps to successfully remove the fear from our thinking.

Lou, We have declared 2011 as "The Year of No Fear!" at my office. Fear holds you back from action!
Very good post - Thanks for sharing - Have a great day!
Hi Lou,
We never thought of fear as false evidence appearing real. Fear can elicit uncertainity and negative thoughts. That's why we like to be positive! Have a wonderful day!
I first saw the acronym "FEAR" almost 30 years ago: False Evidence Appearing Real"; and, have always laughed when I hesitate due "FEAR"! Figure that 95% of what we worry about will never happen, the other 5% will regardless, so don't hold back - just stay in purposeful motion!
Believe in yourself and remove the negative people are two very true statements! Stay focused and positive. Thanks for the post.
I love that Rosane Cash said this. There is so much fear in the world, we all need to let go of fear and feel love.
I had forgotten about the acronym for "FEAR" as did Jim - it is a powerful reminder that everyone one us will experience fear and so we need to continue to work execelletn suggestions such as yours to act in the face of it
Thank you for posting this Jim, I am in a couple of situations right now where I'm not reacting all that well because of fear. This was a timely post for me.
Wonderful post Jim. I couldn't agree more with this great blog.
Great post Lou!
I do solos at my church but if you asked me last year to do it, I would have been afraid. It gets easier and easier now!
Lou,
Fear can be paralyzing. Anything we can do to reduce it, or eliminate it entirely, is to our benefit.

Hi Lou, I've never heard of the acronym..a great way to think things through. Fear can be strong at times, but often made of what ifs. Thanks for this post..fear stinks..so getting past it can be a very liberating thing.
Hi Lou, Fear can be paralyzing. It can stop you from taking action and from moving forward in your life. The worst thing about fear is fear itself.
Timely post as we face the challenges of the new year. Best wishes for continued success!
BOOKMARK! On a quiet snowy day in South Jersey, this was the perfect thing to read. I'm so glad that Michele reblogged as I had missed it.
Lou - from my point of view a great person once said, "All we have to fear ... is fear itself!" While that motivation comment was to help lead a nation to victory ... the words still ring true on an individual basis. Thanks for sharing!
