Are you buying a home in Germantown Wisconsin, then look out for other buyers

An interesting thing has happened to me this last week. I've gotten a ton of calls on one of my homes for sale. Ordinarily this wouldn't be such a big deal because I want calls on my homes for sale so then why is this such a big deal?  

First of all, there is an accepted offer on the home, so for all practical purposes, it's sold. But more importantly, it tells me that there are buyer's out there, lots of buyers! Could this mean that our market is heating up?

If you are planning on buying a home this year there are several things you must do  and a few steps you need to take prior to seeing any homes. The number one aspect to understand initially when searching for a home is that there are other buyer's out there who will be competing for the same home(s) as you and if you are not prepared, and act quick enough, you won't get the house you want.

But it's a Buyer's market out there and the market is slow right?! This might have been true yesterday but today the market is picking up, seasonally as well as economically. There will be more homes coming on the market EVERY DAY and the early bird always gets the worm and I want you to get that house.

One a side note: I always keep homes for sale on the market even after they have an accepted offer on them so that if something goes south and we can quickly reintroduce them to the active market
