Beutifal snow untouched on Long Island NY

Round two...DING! The first snow storm of 2011, not to bad :) The weather men and women all predicted possible blizzard conditions, but compared to our last snow storm, this was a piece of cake with powder sugar on top.

Here are Some tips if you happen to be in the North East and find yourselves shoveling the white stuff.  Make sure to lift the snow with your legs...not your back. Believe it or not, shoveling snow is a great workout for muscle resistance and especially your cardio...but, with all workouts form is very important.  It's like your doing a mini squat each time you shovel snow...and remember to breath :) You'll be surprised how many people hold their breath when lifting. 

Be safe, have fun and enjoy the white wonderland :)
