01/11/11 - Weekly Covina Residential Real Estate (Homes and Condos) Market Update
There was a minimal increase of Active Covina Residential Real Estate Listings, bringing the total active listings from 219 to 221.

The distribution of active listings looks as follows this week:
Besides this week's active Covina property listings, there are 39 Covina Homes and 4 Covina Condos in Back-Up Offer Status, 47 Covina Homes and 9 Covina Condos are Pending Sale.
From 01/01/2011 to 01/11/2011, a total of 9 Covina properties have successfully closed Escrow: 2 Covina Condos ($195,000 and $230,000 respectively) and 7 Covina Homes (ranging from $245,000 to $435,000). Within the same time frame in 2010, 12 Covina properties had closed Escrow.
