Here is a daily snapshot of Real estate activity in the Cincinnati area.

This is the data from Sunday most offices are closed. As you can see we had 15 new homes come on the market. We had 62 homes that failed to sell durring their contract period. Monday the data will show a lot of new on the market due to the homes that expired being relisted and available for sale again.

Please if you put your home back on lower the price. Pricing on homes in the Cincinnati area suburbs is running right at 2004 pricing.
