10 Real Estate Topics for a Squidoo Lens - Part 4

After yesterday's post featuring the idea of a Squidoo lens representing the real estate buyer, I thought it would be appropriate to follow with a focus on the real estate seller!  If you missed the previous parts of this 10-part series, you may want to begin with Part 1 if you are unfamiliar with Squidoo.

The fourth idea for creating a real estate-oriented Squidoo lens places emphasis on helping the seller.  Appraisers, auctioneers, notaries, and stagers are just a few of the real estate professionals who work with individuals who are wanting to sell real estate.  Regardless of your specific real estate profession, building an online presence is an important part of marketing your real estate services and products that will benefit the seller.  A Squidoo lens is a cost-free way for you to reach those who need what you have to offer!  That's right...it is FREE to join and use Squidoo!

If your real estate profession involves helping the seller, think about how you specifically help the seller and what it is the seller needs from you.  Information is probably the primary resource that will benefit your potential client.  Information can be as basic as identifying yourself as the go-to person for a specific need in your community.  The information you have to offer may also be products that can better serve those who need to sell their home.

If there were books, dvds, or other products you could recommend for those selling property, would you make that information available?  The neat thing about Squidoo is the fact that you can build lenses that provide access to products sellers need and you can earn income by doing so!  You don't even need to have possesion of these products because they are available for purchase through Amazon.com and eBay!  You simply build a lens where you recommend specific books, dvds, or other products and provide the links to those products through Amazon and/or eBay.  You earn a commission when purchases are made though the product links associated with you!  It may sound a little complicated, but Squidoo makes it very simple to put to use.

Please consider joining Squidoo!  If you need help with that, please let me know.  I'd like to see your creativity at Squidoo if you should join!
