Monday's can be the best day of the week for the high minded, driven Real Estate agents.  Here is why I think Monday's can be the best day and how to take advantage of the day.

1.  Most agents are dragging around Monday catching up from the weekend.  The top agents has tools and systems to handle all the business so there is no catching up!

2.  Most agents feel like Monday's are already bad because they don't love what they do.  The top agents love what they do and so everyday is a great day in real estate.

3.  Most agents spend Monday doing paperwork getting ready for the week.  Top agents are already prepared for the week and spend Monday lead generating and being a positive force in the market.

4.  Monday comes right after Sunday.  For some of us, Sunday is a day set aside for worship and edification, so we are naturally in better moods on Sunday and Monday because we had some very positive spiritual uplifting on Sunday.  We need to learn to take advantage of this!!

5.  Monday is the first opportunity to start over again.  Some of us close the book on last week on Saturday, putting behind us all the failures and success of last week, opening the door for limitless success this week.  I think this is biggest reason why Monday can be the greatest day of the week...It is a new week

6.  Monday is the day after FSBO's hatted what happened at the open house they held...Great opportunity to get listings

Have a great Monday

Monday is a good day to follow up FSBOs who had open houses, to see how they did.  Even if they think they did OK, you're establishing a relationship.

Monday is also the day after my radio show! Always lots of new work after that so I'm off to take care of it. Have a great Monday and a great week.

I think that every day that you are alive is a great day.  Look at each day as a challenge to improve yourself and help others.

Hi Scott, I have always like Mondays, which I am sure is a little strange to some.  But I feel energized after the weekend and am ready to go on Monday.  Now Fridays,  not quite as much energy.  Thanks for the post.

Scott

I liked your post, everyday to me is like a new day or Monday I've been doing this business so long and loving every minute of it that when I want to know what day it is I have to ask.

Scott:

I was not a big fan of Mondays until I got into real estate.  It is the busiest day for me now, and I love it.  Fridays seem to be the slowest day now strangely enough.
