Real Estate is a transitional or part-time business for some agents … not for us.

Our team has nearly thirty years of experience, has been involved in more than $150 million worth of real estate transactions, and we work at perfecting our business 100% of the time without outside distractions or interests.  We are vibrantly interested in all things to do with real estate.

Furthermore, not all agents are REALTORS ® – we are.  Being a REALTOR ® requires an oath to a certain code of ethics (see – www.realtor.com).

Every month each of our team members engages in extensive training through specialized courses, and seminars and workshops both in-person and VIA the internet.  We have leading edge technology and training.

Communication Policies & Habits

This may be one of the most underrated assets in transacting profitable real estate.

We always engage in proactive and professional communication.  We return calls and emails promptly and respect your unique time/schedule needs and nuances.  We supply “assists” when we communicate versus off-loading issues.  Our primary goal is to never leave a single client without an update for more than 48 hours.

When we’re conducting research for a buyer, we make sure all new listings and opportunities are sourced, identified and analyzed at least twice daily, and then forwarded to the buyer in a brief and convenient manner.  Most times we will readily pre-investigate and report on prospective homes if a buyer’s time is limited.

We deliver polite, yet blunt, news and information about situations as we see them – it is our fervent belief that people appreciate accuracy in communication … especially when so much is at stake.

We never promote our drive our own agendas … as our motto states:

“when our clients succeed, we succeed.”

Marketing & Merchandising Activities

Any agent can “take” a listing, but not all agents can properly “sell” a listing.

Being a good REALTOR ® requires superb listening and problem-solving skills, along with merchandising awareness and availability of marketing resources.  It simply isn’t enough to register the listing on the MLS and wait.

A well-known agent had this sign on his wall “there is no market condition that lowering the price cannot resolve” … you will never find this attitude as part of our credo.  We bring our entire arsenal of experience and ability to the table to maximize price and value and minimize time.

We also make sure that buyers are pre-qualified and pre-approved to be making offers so as not to waste your time and taint the buying pool.
