OK, I truly don’t get it.
Jim and I use iphone4s and all is good. We get our email on our phones via Microsoft Exchange. All of a sudden Sunday, we both quit getting our email. BOTH of us. When trying to get email, it says that the connection to the server has failed. We have checked all of our connections on the Exchange side and all is OK. We made sure all the passwords and logins were set correctly. Now, they have decided they are enemies and are not on speaking terms. These problems that just fall out of the sky and wreak havoc on us personally and on our business are beyond frustrating.
Technology is so great when it works. When it doesn’t, I get so frustrated. I am sure this is something really stupid, but I have yet to figure it out. I have deleted the mail account and reinstalled it. I have rebooted the phone. I have dumped all trash and spam. When I do something dumb, I shouldn’t be surprised when these kinds of problems occur, but when we didn’t do anything – COME ON….
