Do you mean if you have an exclusive listing to allow another broker to advertise it and use your photos?

Internet is exposure is very MANDATORY in this market! If someone can't find that listing on the internet and your still hopeing they come into your office to look through the outdated listing book than your will find yourself out of business very fast! Though there are some circumstances that no matter how nice the house is and no matter how much you give the selling agent to push the deal, if the house is overpriced than it is going to generate little to no interest.

Yes, it is Stacey! EXPOSURE!!!! Exactly Tony! It's about doing everything to get your clients home sold~ ;) Right on Mark! Just get it SOLD! Praful! I say just get it out there! AR, other Agents that may want to put ads out, the MLS, etc. Kimberly, exclusive and when agents ask me, I forward extra pics if they want since my MLS has it's stamp on it. How about you?
