I have been frequenting my local American Legion and VFW post (After transfering to them) and being a new member, I was plesently surprised how excited everyone was. One member replied that new blood is a good thing, every business and organization needs that constant supply in order to remain in existance. Everyone is all too happy to assist me with just about anything.

Having only recently obtained my Real Estate License, I get the feeling that some Realtors are not too happy about it. More competition, another one to cut into their commission, etc. 

New agents are needed to keep this industry going and we might even bring some added value to it.
