By itself it does absolutely nothing.  Combined with all the other marketing efforts that my team utilizes, it creates a great buzz around our listings, drives people to our blog, and tells sellers in the market that we go above and beyond what the average 'net savvy realtor does to cause a home to be sold.

In the end, no one else is doing this in my market place.  I think that's called differentiating oneself from the field.

I like it and if you have permission, I believe it would drive people to your blog. People love to see themselves in photos.
