Homes for Heroes | Bob Ewing

Bob has been in the mortgage industry since 1984 and has worked for large lenders in Florida, Tennessee, California and Idaho. Bob earned a B.A. in Secondary Education from Ball State University and teaches a credit counseling classes at Love, INC, in Boise and Nampa and has been a leader of Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. He is an active member of Meridian Kiwanis, a past president of Boise Metro Rotary and actively involved with the Idaho Business League and ESGR. (Employee Support of Guard and Reserve). Bob helped form the Idaho chapter of Homes For Heroes for several reasons. Both of his kids are military and he knows what sacrifices they have made. His daughter Beth is a linguist in the Navy and his son, Dan, just returned from a tour in Iraq. Bob used to be a teacher and knows the sacrifices that teachers make; and knowing the challenges and risks that police officers and fire fighters make is why he is involved with this great program.
