From that.... to this:   Ric Flair Finance

Yet another reason why the mortgage industry has no credibility left.  I thought Trump Mortgage was bad, now we have ex-pro wrestlers hawking mortgages.  I know some of you felt I was a little too blunt on the previous post about consumer intelligence and advertising.  I think this further proves my professors' point.  Seriously, the industry really doesn't need this right now.

I am sure the Nature Boy Ric Flair's Figure Four process will definitely inflict some pain like it did in the ring.  Woo!

In my last 13 years of real estate I have unfortunately seen far worse than Mr. Flair. I actually met Mr. flair in Baltimore BWI some years ago, he was a very nice man, remember to separate the TV personality from the person.

Let's see how he does before we shoot him down. the guy from MASH seems to be doing quite well managing millions of dollars of other people's money.

I am sure Mr. Flair is a nice guy.  The issue I have is the marketing.   It cheapens the profession and unfortunately creates a negative image for an industry that is already struggling to prove that the vast majority of us are not used car salesman and sheisters.

I think that it was Barnum who said something to the effect of, "You'll never go broke underestimating the intelligence of the public".
