This tool looks really useful. Are you using a 3rd party to provide this data? Is the data real time?

Hi Tracy,

Yes, this is a third party tool that connects to my local MLS and sends a report based on the information the user provides. The information is definitely helpful, and users can change the frequency of the report, any where from every other week, to once a month.

Do they connect to just your MLS or MLS's around the country? It looks like a great tool!

Hi Tracy,

It connects directly to my MLS, although I'm sure that it can be used for others. You do have to sign an agreement that gives them permission to access the MLS data. Your MLS might be able to provide this information already, however I love the visuals...the charts and graphs. I think it makes the data easier to interpret.
