Chat Happy?!? Check out this easy to use website application!!

I have been trying out a new add on that seems to fit any website that you may have. It's called Zopim!

I didn't have to download anything. They didn't need my credit card. I didn't have to be techy. Sign up was/is fast, easy and free. (All are things that I like!)

Real Estate Add on Chat Application

It allows you to track who is on your website (FOR FREE), see what page they are viewing (FOR FREE) and will allow you to send them a message or allow them to send you a message. (DID I MENTION FOR FREE!!!)

I can already say that one of the active buyers that I have buying right now is directly from this application. The buyer was on one of my home search web pages, I sent him a quick "thanks for stopping by, can we help you with anything" message.

I love Referrals!!!

After a minute or two he typed back that he couldn't find a certain type of property. I asked him if I could look for some likely matches and email him ones that I found.

Long story short, after sending him a couple of matching properties we looked at 3 of them and he put a full price offer on one of them that is now accepted and headed to close.

Know someone moving to WI??? Give me a call!

It also has tracking analytics!!  if you want more specific analysis it is compatiable with GOOGLE ANALYTICS

I hope you find this website add on as useful as I have!!! If you have been using this or if you give it a try leave me a message and let me know how it works for you!!

I have read so many great posts here on ActiveRain that I thought i had better try and give back something. So here is my first attempt at a informational tech post!! Hope you like it!!

That's a great Chat tool, I have been using it for some time now and what I love about it is that is shows what people typed into search engines to reach my site. I use it for my Houston real estate website to greet visitors.

The only draw back I noticed is that sometimes if you show that you are online and it pops up on the screen, the visitor usually leaves, so I just have it as a tool just in case they want to chat or send a message.

I agree! The search engine function is great!!! I use it to tailor my keywords on a regular basis.

Hi Duane.

I'm thinking of installing Zopim on my website myself.  Are you still pleased with it?

This is obviously not ideal.... "if you show that you are online and it pops up on the screen, the visitor usually leaves".

Ive installed it on my web site and it is working fine however I cant say the same about adding it to my Blog here on AR.  Putting the code in the signature file caused it to run many many times lagging or crashing the browser.  I put it in the blog description but the script wont run (others I have in there run fine).

Perplexed, I might just have to call an AR God for advice.  Glad I have ones super secret hotline lol
