"We are currently in So. Cali and are looking to buy a SFR in the Tracy / Mountain House area. We need someone with experience in these and surrounding areas. I need to pick an agent over the phone and have him/her show us homes while we visit for a few days at a time. Will need someone to figure out what we like after the initial visit and see the places for us before we can come up and view everything in batches.
We are pre-approved and ready to start looking asap. In your response please note why I should call you to interview for the job and of course your contact info. I would love to help you in your far away search for a home up here in Tracy/Mountain House.
- I live & work in Ripon CA & work in Tracy CA area. I love my job & giving personal good customer service (12 years now).
- I have had a few outside the state or should I say/far away buyers & had a great time helping them.
- I started a youtube channel that helps my buyers be able to see the homes from far away. As you have probably noticed, multiple pictures sometimes don't work out the same as video. I use my FLIP camera to take 2 to 3 videos per house. I had this one client last summer that was from Oregon that helped me be a better photographer such as going slower, showing the fencelines (neighbors & such), also I did the drive up to the house so you could see the neighborhood too. My youtube channel is 1tracyrealtor. Please go look that one up.
- I have a blog where I blog daily about real estate, personal life & community events. This one will help you get to know me & what type of person I am.
- I also do an online weekly newletter that is Tracy CA specific. You can see this at my website under the Hot Tracy Homes button. I have been producing this weekly newsletter & it is a weekly snapshot of all homes that went pending in the prior week (with pics & minor details).
- I believe in constant communication & do texting, facebook or phone calls (whichever works for you).
