Jim, At least there was a warning sign. I've had a couple of close experiences with no warning signs.

Like the fake signs for varied Alarm companies to deter those unwanted visitors, I am sure this sign grabs attention.
Yikes it right - I would have done a double take also! Good thing it was vacant - but worthy of a photo!
Yikes, Jim! That warning sign would certainly give me pause, too!
That sign would have freaked me out as well. In fact, I just took a listing where there are BEWARE OF DOG posters all over the property. Since the dog in question that was very protective is no longer alive, I asked the owners to take down the signs. They are intimidating when you first drive up.
Whew is right! Definitely a scary sign-but I bet an effective one for burglars!
Scary sign! I wonder how many people it has scared away.....
Jim - I bet that sign keeps people away. My great grandparents had a "Beware of Dog" sign in their window, but didn't have a dog, they said it kept solicitors away.
Jim, More powerful than the basic "beware of dog" signs.
