Wilson Summit is a 120 home condominium community in the Monterey Hills area within the city limits of Los Angeles. Built in 1986, the community boasts beautiful landscaped grounds with mature trees, lush plantings and interesting waterscape features. The complex has a large pool, spa, gym, sauna and meeting room.

There were four sales in Wilson Summit in 2010. The average sales price was $282,125 and an average price per square foot of $253.27. There was one short sale completed in 2010. The average days on the market for all sold properties in Wilson Summit was 102 but the short sale was on the market for 205 days so you can see how this effects the overall days on market.

Who knew there was a Monterey Hills in the LA area? Sounds like a pretty stable area with only 1 short sale in 2010.

Hi Vickie --- yes Monterey Hills is within the city limits of Los Angeles -- about five miles north of downtown. The one short sale in the report was in this complex of 120 units....about 1800+ units in the community overall. It's a pretty stable and desirable community but not without the issues that have affected the rest of the area, state and nation.

Michael, Wilson Summit sure is a mighty fine size of a condominium community there in Monterey Hill area. We don't have any in my Town. There are some homes in my area that have been on the market for over 3 years now.
