The price range for condos that sold over the first 8 months of 2007 was from $93,000 to $1,450,000. The price range for single family houses that sold over that same time period was from $395,000 to $2,950,000. Listings as of September 2007 included single family homes from $475,000 to $4,500,000 and condos are priced from $125,000 to $1,589,000.
