A site you should consider for putting your listings on .....

By
Home Builder with St Louis Home Improvement and Painting Companies

It might not be fresh

It might be more associated with the wrong market

It has taken over as a place where certain listings that Craigslist.org has stopped taken ads for

BUT IT LINKS WELL WITH GOOGLE AND CAN GIVE YOU A LISTING ON A SEARCH ENGINE SEARCH FOR YOUR LISTINGS ON PAGE 1.

It is presently FREE!

St Louis House Painting used it every now and then!

The site is backpage.com!

Hope you will find benefit!  PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU TITLE AND KEYWORDS ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT TO WHAT YOU ARE POSTING  eg  Manhattan, Central Park, Condo, 1,200 square feet

(you might try using sq ft if it doesn't work....but I would eliminate the square footage and use words such as vacant, doorman, underground parking, rennovated, great skyline.....I'm not in Manhattan but I am sure that you get my idea.  Feature what you might be looking for when you are shopping for a new place.

Good advice Sonny.  I do use backpage, it works much the same as posting on craigslist.  I don't get as many hits from my postings there but I don't get scammers either.

Use backpage as one of the many portals to stuff and promote on!
