If ever there was a concept that home buyers, mortgage specialists, bankers, realtors, well, all of us, need to heed, is the theme Lou Ludwig explores in his post today - Imagine! Accept Responsibility for our part in what happens. I get better at this as I relinguish "harsh judgment"

Motivational Power Quote

Accept Responsibility

"Acceptance of what has happened

is the first step to over-coming

the consequence of any misfortune."

 William James, Writer and Philospher

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Accept responsibility

We may not always be in control of a misfortune coming into our life, but we can accept the fact that the condition has occurred. Accepting the condition is the first step in successfully correcting it.

Denial of the condition will most likely make the condition worst and can make it increasing difficult to successfully correct the condition without pain.

After a misfortune has happened we have evaluate the condition and make a decision on what would be the best course action to take to either  correct or successfully modify the condition.

We may not have created the condition. But we have to accept the fact that the condition has occurred and take the responsibility to correct the circumstances. Take massive action to create your desired outcome.
