I am actually considering moving to a single family home on a large lot I own on the intra coastal waterway in Florida. The decision I have to make is will I stay in real estate (at least actively). I could still run my business (rental units and sales) from Florida but the sales part would be a referral business and likely not be made up by selling homes in Florida (at least not now). I am facing a tough decision.
