Introducing a new addition to the Homes for Heroes family!

“I am so excited and honored to be a part of Homes for Heroes.  As a lifelong Madisonian, I have seen the incredible work that our “heroes” perform for us in our award-winning city.  Their work is part and parcel of what makes the Madison area so desirable for home buyers! This is my chance to give back and provide an awesome professional service at the same time.”

Lynn has been a Realtor, selling real estate full time since 1995.  Directly prior to selling real estate Lynn worked with her husband in his Building products Distribution Company. There she was a buyer and trained companies such as Menards on some of the building products that they distributed. As a hobby they started flipping homes in Madison in the early nineties.  That led to the formation of a building company, a land development company, and in the meantime into real estate.

At Keller Williams since January, 2003 she is:
Regularly ranked in the top percentile of SCWMLS realtors for sales and listing volume
An agent/owner of 2 KW franchises
Recipient of numerous production and culture awards
A member of the Agent Leadership Council (board of directors)
A volunteer trainer, mentor and career development coach for new agents
An owner and manager of small income property

An expert in the new construction and the condominium market, Lynn has knowledge and first hand experience in:
1.  New home construction
2.  Condominium development
3.  Marketable floor plan design
4.  West Madison homes and condominiums
5.  Successfully staging properties for sale
6.  Condominium association formation and operation
7.  Construction process and costs

Personal
Lynn enjoys an awesome life with her husband, her family, and her cats.  Nearly a lifelong Madisonian (born in Sioux Falls, SD), Lynn is an honors graduate of the UW Madison in Journalism and Public Relations and, prior to real estate, enjoyed a successful career in public relations and advertising. In the mid-late 80’s she was President of the Greater Madison Convention Bureau and started one of Madison’s most successful events, the Taste of Madison. Lynn spends any free time golfing, reading, hiking, traveling, skiing, kayaking, snowshoeing, trying to enjoy her husband’s flying hobby, and at their cabin in northern Wisconsin.
