Investment opportunity - I think - maybe a flip from hell?

Good morning friends. 

Yesterday I took it upon myself to go have a look at a house you might be interested in, keep in mind, a lot of you are looking for a good flip property, but don't always want the hassle of a trustee sale. 

So, here is a property that needs a little TLC as we would say. I won't let you don't, we are talking carpet, windows, a kitchen (there is a stove), and as you can imagine, a little trim work too... Well, be your own judge, tell me what you think.
