Buying a Foreclosed Home? Want your home spiritually cleansed?

I know how weird! But when I read the article in, "The Wall Street Journal", it made sense for some people to have their new home spiritually cleansed of all the negative vibes. Why not most foreclosed homes need a complete redo, so why not get rid of the bad vibe too. I know when I show foreclosed homes to my clients, I do get bad vibes from some homes. I'm not sure what causes my bad vibe radar to go off, it could be condition and vacancy, or combination of both that causes me to have a sense of creepiness'. Anyway, cleansing a home of bad vibes has been around for centuries.

Susan, who would have thought about that?????? I suppose that there is some truth to considering something like that. It wouldn't hurt to do it and it probably gives the new owners a sense of security and safety. :)

A friend of mine had clients recently who requested permission to conduct a spiritual cleansing in a home they wanted to make an offer on; they felt spirits were in the house and they needed to make peace with them before moving forward with the purchase. It worked - at least, they felt it did.
