As I have been saying, many Americans who can BUY a home of their own are electing to RENT.
Facebook founder MarkZuckerberg * bizillionaire and Time magazine's Man of the Year * and his girlfriend are moving into their new rental digs which is slightly closer to the Fb HQ in Palo Alto, CA, and is a slightly LARGER home with security cameras.
When you HAVE it, you need to FLAUNT it!!! The rent may be hefty as their former home is on the market for $7,850!!!
Now Wallace, wouldn't it be great if you were the manager for this rental? I personally, think many celebrity type folks rent.
I suspect he is VERY UPWARDLY Mobile in whatever form he wants....his wanting to be close to the OFFICE is the key!

I suspect he passed the credit check with flying colors. That's really not that much for rent, relative to the value of the home, I would guess. As rents increase, many times the home price can go a lot higher in relation.

SO he still rents does he? .... That's news to me. And yet after many of his offices and employees who can handle their jobs he still wants to be nearer the office?
Wallace, It seems that not everyone wants the biggest home. But it seems that one real estate principle is still important: location, location, location.
