TUESDAY MORNING BREAKFAST WORKS FOR MY REAL ESTATE BUSINESS
I host a weekly radio show called "REAL ESTATE AND BEYOND." I have been hosting my own radio for the past five years. Boy, time flies when you are having fun. I am on every Saturday from 12-1 live stream at www.KKNT960.com.What do we talk about? Well, I have dedicated the entire show towads real estate investing. I have developed my own Power Team in the Phoenix real estate market to assist real estate investors. We turn theory into Application. There are many people who want to invest in real estate. However, they do not have a real estate mentor to walk with them. I have assisted many real estate investors over my nine years in real estate. There is always room for one more real estate investor.
I believe it is vital to make myself accessible to the public. So, I developed TUESDAY MORNING BREAKFAST on a weekly basis. I instituted this tradition at the start of my show. It has become very popular over the years. It gives me a chance to discuss real estate in more detail over breakfast with new real estate investors. Yes, they have many questions about real estate. I believe one of the reasons I am still in real estate is my ability to associate with people right away. I want to be a source for others to invest in real estate.
Wow, I have met some amazing people over a cup of coffee. My first client over a cup of coffee is still doing business with me. Yes, we take turns buying each other breakfast. Men love to eat and drink coffee in the morning. I remember I had 23 people show up to breakfast one day. So, I put on a little real estate workshop right at the restaurant. Other people were listening at the same time. Hey, I want to spread the word about real estate investing.
