Dear Sellers:

Today I read a great blog post from a fellow colleague. I've tried and tried to express the importance of allowing the Realtor to show and sell your home, but despite this, I'm constantly reminded by you that there isn't a better person to sell your house than yourself.

Please take the time to read my colleagues post, based upon a true, factual event.  I can't reiterate enough that this happens all the time and frankly, buyers do not like sellers to be at the home when they are viewing it.
