What a beautiful place to call home. This certainly looks like a piece of paradise.
Awesome listing with gorgeous views. Best of luck with your marketing efforts.
wow....just wow, what a fantastic listing!

Thank you all for viewing the listing. I don't live near the beach myself because I would never get any work done.
There can be nothing as wonderful as waking up to a lovely water view in Hawaii! This home looks tidy and well cared for too.
That is a pretty cool home. Can you swim in that water behind the house? can't tell :)
Maya, It is a nice home. I bet you have some nice water views where you are too.
Christina, I wouldn't swim in it, I like ocean water for swimming. You can walk or paddle to the ocean.
Maureen, great looking home, but nothing can beat that view...I'm a little surprised that it's priced so reasonably.
Maureen, that is a beautiful home and great setting. I guess I was under the impression that a home like this in your area would be much higher in price, considering the view! I am impressed by the package.
Nick, It is a beautiful home. The price reflects the commute time to downtown Honolulu where most people work. Driving is about 1.5 hours each way. Disney is building a new resort hotel less than 10 miles away , I expect more activity in this neighborhood after the hotel opens.
Ellie, It's out in the country and priced because of the distance to employment. I think the area will get much more activity when the new Disney Hotel is built a few miles away at Ko Olina Resort. That will open up more employment in the area.
