Salt Lake City Real Estate = more Draper Buyer's?

By
Real Estate Agent with Linda Secrist and Associates (Prudential)

What is it about Draper Real Estate? I have noticed a trend in the last two years with my buyer's and lead generating programs.  I receive a much higher percentage of in State Buyer's or Locals who are looking at homes for sale in Draper, Ut.  My Relocation leeds and clients from out of State  are much more apt on the initial consultation to inquire about Holladay Homes or Real Estate in Sandy. I know this trend has flaws. It may be the way we use the internet to market Homes. It could also be that we list more homes in Holladay and our internet  shopper's  are calling us from our listing's? Wow, that is getting in to more number's and tracking than I have time or patience for. Whatever the reason, the locals are on to something. Draper is a fabulous community with strong family value's and neighborhood ties. The Real Estate market in Draper suffered some decline in Value since the housing market bust . Great single family homes can be purchased  at prices not seen in  years. Bank Owned property and Short sales will continue to play a role but certain subdivision's including Bellevue, SteepleChase, Rosecrest, Akagi farm, Cranberry Hills, Suncrest  and South Mountain continue to be my local clients hot picks.
